Nurol Makina Signs MoU for Joint 4x4 Production in Malaysia

Nurol Makina is set to establish a new production node in East Asia with the MoU signed during the DSA2026 exhibition.

The type of vehicles to be locally produced has not been disclosed.

Nurol Makina produces two lines of 4x4 armoured vehicles: Ejder Yalçın and NMS. Both 4x4 vehicles are available in several variants, including APC, weapons carrier, pickup, and extended wheel base.

Malaysia is known to use Ejder Yalçın in APC configuration, in service with the UN-affiliated forces stationed for peacekeeping missions.

Other Nurol-related armoured vehicle in Malaysian Service are the AV8 8x8 AFV and ACV-300 "Adnan" AFV developed by FNSS (At the time when Nurol and BAE Systems were stakeholders) and jointly produced. AV8 is based on PARS III design while ACV-300 is a derivative of the ACV-15 tracked armoured vehicle.
