Chief of Navy

Y. Bhg. Admiral Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Jaafar

As technology evolves and becomes more sophisticated, the duty of safeguarding the national interests from sea-borne threats is becoming increasingly difficult over the years. Thus, it is vital for the Royal Malaysian Navy to be updated in terms of naval and military technology and knowledge, in order to fulfil our oath in keeping the country safe as well as to continue being one of the premier fleets to traverse the world waters.

The Royal Malaysian Navy has benefited greatly from the previous DSA session held, and will certainly continue to do so in the coming DSA 2012 through the sharing of ideas, dicussions ans recommendations among counterparts and vendors.

We are pleased to welcome our regional counterparts to DSA 2012 and look forward to renewing ties and creating close collaborations towards peace, friendship and unity.
